Aja has twenty years of experience working in the non-profit, educational, and community service sectors. A former teacher and life-long educator, she has design experiential learning programs for under-served youth in the fields of math, science, writing and literature. The last ten years, she has focused primarily on adult learning and development and organizational effectiveness. Her particular areas of expertise are diversity, non-discrimination/equal employment opportunity, engagement, leadership development, change initiatives and people management. Her organizational clients include public universities, county education offices, and a wide variety of not-for profits. For the last 7 years, Aja has provided coaching services for individuals seeking to advance their influence and impact in the areas of policy, politics, business, and the arts. Aja most recently began working with EARN, providing financial coaching for low-income individuals and families in San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo countries.

 

SG-HeadshotSaul Gonzalez, Owner of Saul Gonzalez Coaching Solutions (SGCS)

SGCS is a San Francisco private practice, with a combined 8 years of coaching and consulting experience. SGCS provides organizational assessments, professional coaching, and organizational interventions to nonprofit organization management, education, and private organizations.  As the first full-time financial coach in the nation dedicated to serving low-income clients for EARN.org, he partnered with EARN Alumni and Savers to help them work towards attaining their financial goals and achieve maximum financial empowerment. He has over 6 years of experience developing, designing, and delivering: organizational development, coaching programs, and program evaluation; in addition, served for 4 years as a crisis communication facilitator and conflict-resolution coach.  He also serves as a Board Member for the Bay Area Organizational Development Network (BAODN) Association.  Saul has a BA in Psychology with an emphasis in Family Counseling from San Francisco State University, a certified professional coach from the University of John F. Kennedy, and obtained his MA in Organizational Psychology in 2009.  He is actively pursuing his ICF PCC certification in the Spring of 2013.  Saul is a native resident of San Francisco, CA, who loves to dance Salsa and spend hours drumming Latin percussion beats for fun.

Vivian is a Certified Financial Coach who is passionate about helping individuals with financial wellness.  She has 32 years of experience with relationships, money management, children, and extended families’ dynamics.  From 2010-2012 she was a financial coach for Earned Assets Resource Network – San Francisco.  Vivian worked with low wage earners to create a strong financial foundation and forward shifts in their financial goals.  From 1997-2012, Vivian worked for a non-profit organization that provided individuals with basic literacy and financial management skills.  She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and Financial Therapy Association.

 

Sadie Williams, Certified Coach

Sadie Williams is a certified personal and professional life and finance coach, training consultant, educator, and community organizer. Her business, Building Alliances Coaching uniquely blends coaching, training, and community organizing with a love for service and people that creates energy, enthusiasm and ‘can do’ collaborations.   She practices principled leadership, coupled with ‘heart centered’ communication and service with a history of community involvement she is dedicated to empowering individuals and building sustainable communities.  As a personal life coach she is a compassionate listener, a creative resource and an enthusiastic champion of individuals and organizations.  She has a BA in Community Relations from UC Santa Cruz, a Certificate in Training Development and Design from UC Berkeley, is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.  Sadie is married, lives in Oakland and Petaluma, CA and has 11 grandchildren.
